North Hempstead Beach Park Revitalization

Significant improvements to Hempstead Beach Park as part of a 5 year plan.

Hempstead Beach Park and the 200 acre natural area across West Shore Road. As important recreational and environmental resources, the park and wooded areas will provide Town residents with new opportunities for active and passive recreation, play and water-dependent activities, event space, dining options, and natural area appreciation, protection, and interpretation.
