•  Density means adding classrooms and teachers to already over burdened school system
•  Density outstrips water and sewage resources
•  School, water and sewage issues will increase taxes
•  49 Units without enough parking will result in the street lined with cars
•  Parking issues in turn create safety issues when fire trucks and police can't get through'
